Only thing that works for my headaches. Doesn't give me a stomach ache if I don't eat with it. Never need to take double- always gets rid of the headache the first time. Overall satisfied with this product.

I had a pretty bad hangover headache a few days ago. I tried two of these bad boys, and it was gone in about 30 min. Regular aspirin doesn't help, and FORGET ibuprofen! But Excedrin is a keeper.

These pain pills work good for me. But just because the work for me doesn't mean it'll have the same effect for everyone else. I do recommend these pain pills to others who haven't tried them yet.

I believe the Excedrin extra strength is the best pain reliever out there although I don't take medicine very often at all but when i really need something for a headache or cramps this works really well and very fast acting in my opinion
