Lots of pain killers usually don't work for me but this does! When I'm on my period I get very mad cramps but when I use these, within 30 minutes the pain starts to go away. Definitely will buy again.

Excedrin is just a good product. I think the fact that it has caffeine in it really helps differentiate it from other medicines. The prices comparative and the quality of the product is great.

Ahhh this is probably the best product/ life saver I own. I get pretty bad headache occasionally and this always does the trick. It is a little on the expensive side, but not unreasonable for how much it helps and how much you get.

The only reason Im giving this 4 stars is because its so powerful that it will def take your headache away but will hurt your stomach. You have to pick and choose your battles when it comes to picking this up

Excedrin Extra Strength always works for me. It is the only headache medicine I buy buy. Just take with a glass of water and within a few minutes your headache vanishes.

I have a container of these in every car and travel bag my wife and I own. When she gets a headache, the day is a wash without excedrin. It is the only thing that seems to work.
