Literally the only thing that works for my (caffeine) headaches. When I don’t have coffee in the morning, I get a wicked headache and this is my go-to. Seems to always work in less than 5 minutes. I will continue to but this product again and again.

Excedrin is the best OTC medicine for migraine - but let's be honest, here. I will take Excedrin if I am out of Fioricet, or Maxalt, because it helps a little.

Before I started a prescribed medication for Migraines this was the ONLY thing that would even touch my Migraines to ease them. I couldn't recommend this enough. It is affordable and everyone should have some.
