[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Luckily I had a headache after receiving this product because then I could really put it to the test! My headache was gone within 10 minutes of taking Excedrin extra strength headache. It was gone pretty fast that I didn’t notice when it went away. I don’t get migraines but I frequently have tension headaches or sometimes headaches around my sinuses. This is 250mg of acetaminophen and 250 mg of aspirin as well as 65 mg of caffeine. The tablets are quite large but I had no problems when taken with water. You can take 2 tablets every 6 hours. I do like this product as it is very effective at reducing headaches.

I will say be aware because this does have caffeine in it as well as acetaminophen and asprin. I took 2 pills with a full glass of water. In order to open the pill bottles, you have to push and turn like most pill bottles, but it is not hard to open. I think this is a good-sized bottle and a great value since this does work. I will for sure keep this in my medicine cabinet.

I’ve been using it for so long, but as of 12/18/20, they are not what they use to be. I ordered some on line and they had a number on it vs the E. Now they have the E but smaller and do not work like they use to. Which really sucks. I won’t buy any more. They screwed up a good thing that helped a lot of ppl. How crappy
