[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This medicine is great for headaches. It works quickly and effectively. The caffeine is not so much that it keeps you from sleeping, just enough to make the aspirin and acetaminophen work better. It is also inexpensive. Good stuff.

Takes like 10 minutes to start working and the pain is gone. I use this all the time and definitely would recommend. It's affordable and it is so worth it. Be careful to eat before or after taking it because you will get nauseous on an empty stomach.

I took two tablets and it worked. Mind you I get headaches a lot and I have tried numerous over he counter meditation with no luck. My sister swore but these and after the last two times I took them I won’t use anything else. Within 5-10 mins my headache was gone. Comes in a bottle that’s child proof. 100, 260 mg caplets. I wanted to try this Excedrin but I always got let down but this product works and works for my weekly headaches. It’s bad but I have a history of them and nothing helps but my prescription until now. It’s nice to have a medication that works that isn’t always prescribed. (Over the counter)

This is a must have if you have severe headaches, but it’s also good for a cold and other body aches. I like that it’s a caplet it’s easy to swallow, and works fast. It has 3 different pain relievers; acetaminophen, aspirin, and caffeine so it also won’t make you drowsy. It’s a great product because it works! I’d recommend it.

Love this... one of the only products that can help my headaches. I always have it on hand so I can take it as soon as the pain starts. The only way I can still function instead of curling up in the fetal position (and as a mom I don’t get that luxury)

For me personally, it usually works pretty quickly and will kick in, in about 30 minutes. This has been my go to for a while now and my brother and I always have this on hand. Packaging is the usual bottle for pills and is easy enough to open but not so much so that I have to worry my niece or nephew will open it.

The direction was somewhat difficult to find but I eventually found it at the bottom of the box: Two tablets every 6 hours and it actually starts working in 15 min.

I suffer from pretty severe menstrual cramps and regular Tylenol just doesn't do the trick. This was effective and worked for about the same amount of time. My husband also uses it now for his back pain and other aches and pains and he likes it over her for to initiate.
