I usually try to kill my headache either with acetaminophen or ibuprofen. Well this medication combines the two plus adds in caffeine for that extra umph. If I feel a very bad headache coming up, or my first go-to doesn't work, I'll take excedrin to get the job done. Would recommend.

When I get a headache I don't like to take meds because they don't usually help. But this product is the only thing so far that has proven to work for me every time. I think it's the mix of pain relievers and caffeine that work for me. This will always have a place in my medicine cabinet.

MY ALL TIME FAVORITE HEADACHE MEDICINE. I have used all types and nothing, I mean nothing, has done the job like this medicine. AND it's quick. I have my mom on it and my brother. These pills are reasonable priced, like any other headache medicine and can be found in every drugstore. I highly recommend this brand!!!

I have pretty severe headaches due to having several brain surgeries and this is the only over the counter medication that works for me. I like it because it doesn't take more than 20 minutes and I have some relief whereas it takes up to an hour for any relief from other over the counter meds.

My go to for headaches! These are the very best pill and I treat it like a magical pill. I know when I take this that my headaches will go away without question. I do tho don't like to take them every time cause I am scared to become immune to taking them and then they loose their power on my body. I only take these on the really bad headaches that I truly can't function and am ready to blow.

As a sufferer of migraines, Excedrin changed my life. I've found it to be far more effective than other pain relievers, often lessening the pain in a half hour or so. I often don't have to take more than one dose within a day thanks to the relief it brings!

Did you know caffeine can help pain relievers work better? Excedrin extra strength tablets contains acetaminophen, aspirin, and about the same amount of caffeine that would be found in a small coffee. The caffeine helps the aspirin and acetaminophen work better, so it is what I recommend for a bad headache. If you can safely take these ingredients, and have the occasional throbbing headache, this might help you deal with Karen at work a little better :)

Excedrin is literally the only thing that takes away my headaches. I always have it in the house and make sure to take it with me wherever I go. I don't use it often because it is harsher on the stomach than, say, Tylenol, but when the headache is there, you have to use what works, and this does.

Oh boy. This has been a lifesaver for any headaches I get. I actually can't believe I didn't take it sooner in my life. For the longest time, I was only taking Tylenol to combat headaches and that really just was not doing much for me. I then tried Excedrin, and it has been AMAZING. It usually gets rid of my headache within 10-15 minutes. Can't recommend it enough.

I use other things for aches and pains but, Excedrin is my GO TO for headaches, this has a little caffeine in it, or at one time did anyway. But, either way this is the QUICKEST way I have ever been able to combat my WORST headaches, this knocks them out SO quick and it really makes my life so much better for being there when I need it over the years!
