The safety cap on these isn't too difficult for me, as an adult, to get open. I do get some pretty bad headaches and I've found that the Excedrin is very effective in getting rid of them. They never upset my stomach or caused me other side effects. I've had very good success in using these.

I usually get headaches at the end of the workday-I mostly work in front of a screen and long hours, I almost exclusively use Excedrin based on the caffeine content of each pill. Not only do they help with my headaches but the time in which they kick in is very effective!

The bottle had clear instructions and you don’t need to keep taking the dosage if you take the first dosage right when your headache starts. The only downside is if you’re sensitive to caffeine, it might keep you up at night if you take it later in the day. Otherwise zero scent of flavors but does wonders on headaches!
