It contains tylenol, aspirin and caffeine, so your headache pain is addressed in multiple ways. I have never had a headache that wasn’t relieved by Excedrin- never. I just take two when I feel a headache coming on, and all pain is relieved within 30 minutes. I keep a few in my purse and in my car for emergencies.

It works for about 6 hours, and it does really help with the headaches. My son didn't like said it doesn't work. He would rather something else.
