I suffer from pretty severe menstrual cramps and regular Tylenol just doesn't do the trick. This was effective and worked for about the same amount of time. My husband also uses it now for his back pain and other aches and pains and he likes it over her for to initiate.

I'm really sensitive to caffeine so I haven't tried this in the past but I didn't have any trouble with the low dose of caffeine and my headache was completely gone. I'm very impressed and will definitely go for this again in the future.

Often times if I have a headache and I take just ibuprofen or just Tylenol, I will have to take another one or two pills later because the headache is still there but I don’t have to do that with this! The pills are a normal size as well.
