There was a brief period of time a few years ago when the Excedrin product became unavailable due to a manufacturing glitch. It was rough having to go without my favorite headache medicine for a time.

It didn't fully make my headaches go away, but it did dull them enough to where I could focus on something other than the pounding. A good amount of pills comes in each bottle, making it a good deal for the price. Overall, I'm happy with the success of this product.

These have 250 mg acetaminophen, 250 mg aspirin, 65 caffeine. They can be used for headache, cold, arthritis, muscular aches, toothache, premenstrual and menstrual cramps. I have taken these for headaches and they work great! They provide relief almost immediately! Also, they worked terrific for menstrual cramps, and muscular aches! If you're looking for medicine that actually works and works quickly, these are most definitely it!!! I was shocked at how quickly and effectively these worked. Highly recommended!!

I take these for more than just a headache.  Seems to have the right amount of everything to relieve pain. Rarely have to take more than one dose in 24 hrs.  Love the price, easy to swallow.  All in all great product to have in your medicine cabinet.

Works every single time for me! Acts fast and allows me the freedom to enjoy my day again! I carry it in my purse for emergencies and I’m not even someone who likes to take medicine for a headache, but when a bad one comes along this product is my go to. The bigger bottle is totally worth the price. Has a child safe lid too so it’s not a threat to your little ones around the house. Not too big of a pill for those that have trouble swallowing as well.

This is the only medication that can relieve my headaches. It is very affordable. I use this product at least twice a week if not more. I have tried a variety of different products for my headache and this is the only one that helps and works very fast too.

It is packaged in a nice small container/bottle so that it is easy to put in your purse and take it on the go. The tablet starts working within 30-45 minutes after swallowed. The tablets are not too large where you will choke on them. It is so worth a try! I highly recommend this product.
