I’m generally not a fan of Excedrin for treating migraines. Mine come with aura and even when I take these the moment aura sets in they make little to no difference in the severity of my attack. While they work for lesser headaches, they aren’t great in comparison to other treatments for their advertised headache type.

Where has this product been all my life. I had a headache for a week and was alternating/stacking Tylenol and Advil (and even Alene). I’d get some relief but the pain never went away completely. And the Advil messed up my stomach. Today I got some Excedrin Extra Strength, took two, headache GONE. I will purchase this again in the biggest bottle they sell!

The only complaint I have is that it contains as much caffeine as a cup of coffee, so I can't take this before bed. I also wish I didn't need to take two caplets. The medicine is quite effective and did help with pain! I recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Headaches will disappear quickly along with other aches and pains. There’s enough coating on the tablets for them to slide down easily. There’s enough coating pills are larger than I prefer but very effective. The plastic bottle has a child proof lid that isn’t hard on arthritis ridden hands. I didn’t notice an odor to the tablets.

This is pretty great stuff. I would compare it to Aleve, which is my go to in regards to everything pain related. It works really quickly and doesn't stop working until it says it should. I only have to take it twice a day for it to really work and keep my pain at bay. It's great.

Yesterday I came home from work and had the worst headache I just thought my head was going to explode, I grabbed 2 Excedrin extra strength and literally my headache was gone in 45 minutes. No drowsiness or stomach just headache relief with out the side affects of other headache tablets.Easy to swallow coated tablets.
