I love that it also has caffeine mixed with acetaminophen and aspirin. The caplets go down easily. The value is good and you get 100 caplets in the bottle. I noticed a difference from the headache medicine I was using before. This one works way better and actually helps. I’ll be buying this again! Highly recommended to anyone struggling with headaches.

I will say that if you are sensitive to caffeine that these are not for you. I did not know these had caffeine in them until I took them on to of a coffee! Not a good day! You do get a lot in a bottle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Effectiveness is quite mighty though I don't use very much because even with the medicine I take to manage it Excedrin has an unintended side effect of bolstering my high blood pressure due to the caffeine content . Package design is cool yet simple . For the amount of pills value for the cost is impressive. medicine itself has a light almost floral spring meadow scent to it.
