It goes a way in about 20 minutes. My husband has a soreness from playing sports from a little or too much exercise, nothing helps quicker than Excedrin Extra Strength.

Excedrin extra strength caplets is the only product that I can use for the arthritis that has taken over my hands and shoulders and hips and I cannot take(nor would I) any narcotics for the pain. The extra strength Excedrin has been a wonder for relieving aches and pains and lets me go about my daily life and work. I have been told that you are taking this products off the market---WHY??? [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time trying Excedrin and I like the combination between the aspirin and the Tylenol and the caffeine which is a booster for the pain relievers. I used this when I had a really bad headache and found that it worked better than just simply using Tylenol or Motrin, which were my go-to pain relief before trying Excedrin. It took about 20 minutes for me to notice the pain starting to go away and for me it lasted half a day. So I consider that a win and will probably be switching to Excedrin for my headache pain relief.

On my worst of worst days, I lean on my Excedrin to help me get through. On the days when the sensitivity to light and noises are beyond unbearable taking my Excedrin helps me make it through the day. Having a very busy schedule it is very helpful and very fast working.

Packaging is very nice I like the green color makes it seem more promising! so happy with this product and made sure to pack some up for when i’m out and get a headache.
