Excedrin Extra Strength really packs a punch of power in my opinion and experience. I took 2 hoping my headache would ease away, but it didn't. I can tell it helped a little bit, but the throbbing was still there. It is supposed to help with headaches, a cold, arthritis, muscular ache, toothache, and menstrual cramp. I'm not sure if I will buy this product again because it didn't help me with my major headache.

I have chronic migraines and have had them for years. Some of them not even prescription medicine can help. A great many of them are stopped if I catch them right at the start (when I get the aura) by taking Exedrin Migraine. Like right now I have extreme pressure behind my eye which is a migraine indicator for me. I'm going to take some right now and it will most likely go away. Migraines are nasty!
