[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excedrin Extra Strength really helps with sinus headaches and arthritis pain. I suffer from both of these and find that Excedrin works great if I take it as soon as I feel an onset. I have found this also helps with minor pain and headaches. I recommend for pain relief.

These definitely helped relieve my headache quickly and even though it had caffeine in it, it didn’t make me jittery.

Once it does, the pain is so much less and I can go on with my life without feeling like my head is going to explode. No other OTC medicine even comes to helping like Excedrin does

Excederin is my go to pain relief when all others fail. It works effectively and doesn't take as long as some other pain relief medications. I'm not big on taking medication but when I do I like to go to one that'll help me from the start like this product does.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that it has multiple types of painkillers as well as caffeine. I did not use for a migraine, used for another headache, but it made me feel better fast and the caffeine helped me recover better as well.

This is by far the best medicine for headaches. You can buy it anywhere and reasonably priced. It’s great because you don’t have to keep taking dose after dose, waiting for it to kick in like you do with some other medicines. Would definitely recommend.

I don't get headaches very often, but when I do they're AWFUL (or maybe I'm just a baby) But nothing helps relieve my pain as quick as the extra strength does. I'm on my third bottle & will continue to buy it in years to come as nothing compares for my headaches!
