This gets me through a hard day, every time! I depend on Excedrin Extra Strength especially when I'm directing my school musical. Watch out for all the active ingredients though. You don't want to be mixing this with other pain relief or taking before bed if caffeine has a strong effect.

I get daily headaches and Excedrin is the only thing that works on me the days when I need pain management. I prefer the tablets to the capsules personally. It takes about half an hour for the medication to kick in. I've repurchased these many times.
