It has acetaminophen, aspirin and caffeine that mainly is for headaches, arthritis muscular aches and menstrual cramps just to mention a few. They are the regular size like other over the counter medications, which is great. Great packaging and good value for your money.

excedrin extra strength goes way beyond the aches and pains really something you can count on when you need it always improving products that up and beyond and are really doing great things beyond what they normally do easy to use i would recommend them

I don't know what it is about them, but I've personally never found anything that works this well for a simple headache. I'm thrilled I no longer have to suffer through the generic versions. I had a generic bottle just before I got this, and the smell and taste al but gagged me. It just doesn't pay to skimp on some stuff...get the "good stuff!".

Excedrin, makes me feel better in about 30 minutes. The only thing that I would change, is the size. It's a little difficult for me to swallow.

I like the smooth edges that do not scrape my throat. At 100 caplets it is a good value for the price. I appreciate the child proof bottle for peace of mind because I have children in the house.
