Most medications hardly touch the headache, but these effectively dissipate the headache in about 25 minutes. I think these are very affordable and do the job!

Some of the active ingredients are: Acetaminophen 250 mg, Aspirin 250 mg (NSAID) and Caffeine 65 mg. Together this makes a strong pain reliever. This is my favorite brand and type of medication I always carry on me. I have pretty severe and constant headaches and this is the only medicine that can remotely touch it. This Excedrin reduced my head and neck pain within an hour and it lasted for several hours before I had to take more. The pills were easy to swallow and didn't have a bad taste. Lol) I take 2 tablets with food, usually a protein or a healthy fat to avoid any stomach aches or unwanted side effects. It goes down well with any liquid however I usually choose a room temp water! I take it to target ankle and back pain mostly. I’d say within 30mins to an hour I notice a huge relief in my aches and pains. Huge bottle and comes with a large supply.

This seems to help better than an ibuprofen or a plain Tylenol would. It's easy to take and doesn't make my stomach upset.
