I don't get them very often but when I do get them they are very strong. This one works very quickly to relieve the pain, if not completely, then at least to a tolerable level. The bottle is the same as the others with protection so a child can't open it, these pills are easy to swallow and have no smell or taste. I definitely recommend them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As with Amy aspirin type things this works for pretty much everything that a reg one would do, does that make sense?? It works for about 6 hours, and it does really help with the headaches. My son didn't like said it doesn't work. He would rather something else.

I first took Excedrin by recommendation from a friend when some pain from dental work that day was not going away as expected. Not only did it kick in 15 mins layer, I was completely pain-free and re-energized for a night out with the friends (it probably helped with the hangover too!) On another occassion, my wife was getting over the 24-hr flu and we had a bus to nyc to catch in under an hour. She was about to call off the whole trip when I convinced her take Excedrin just to get through the bus ride and to the hotel. Not only did the bus ride go fine, when we got to nyc she was feeling so good, we only stopped at the hotel to drop off our bags and check-in before making the most of our evening out in the city! Now we are an exclusively Excedrin-only household.

On the days when my headaches are bad, Excedrin always provides fast relief and allows me to keep going through the day. In my personal experience, the formula has not caused any side effects and the results have always been positive whenever I have headaches. The tablet is easy to swallow and the bottle is a good size to have it in my medicine cabinet. Very satisfied with Excedrin!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a game changer, everytime I get a headache I always just reached for acetaminophen or ibuprofen, I never thought to take a headache specific product and I'd always end up having to just go to sleep after to actually make my headache go away. When I took this Excedrin extra strength headache I could feel the pain starting to let up in about 30 minutes and my headache was completely gone in a little over an hour which never usually happens. This is absolutely going to be what I reach for for headaches from now on.

If you suffer from any type of headache this is definitely a good go to product. I had a headache took two of these and within an hour my headache had eased off substantially and not long after was gone completely. This is also good for arthritis and joint pain. It comes in a child-proof bottle which is excellent for families that have children. The directions are very straightforward. I highly recommend giving this product a try, it is very effective in knocking off the pain.

this product is amazing. it gives relievs to headaches in 30 mins or less. for me this product was very effective. this product is in the reasonable price range. when i get really bad headaches ill use this product cause it will immediately take it away.

The bottle was easy to open but hard enough to keep children out of the bottle. I wouldn't recommend taking it at night as there is caffeine in the ingredients.
