Excedrin Extra Strength really packs a punch of power in my opinion and experience. I suffer from occasional headaches due to looking at my computer screen all day. So when I have an occasional headache Excedrin does the job and it kicks in fast as well. No waiting around while your head is throbbing for you med to kick in. You get relief within 10-15min of ingesting the tabs. It’s also light on your stomach and non habit forming.

This pain medication is fantastic. It starts working within about 20 mins and you really start to feel better! I've used it for headaches and cramps and it works really well. The only negative is the caffeine. I took them when I had a headache in the middle of the night and I was up for a couple of hours after taking them. Other than that, they are awesome!
