My son said it worked okay, but not as good as just taking regular Tylenol. The packaging is decent, but nothing special in my opinion. I would buy this in a pinch, but probably not if I had the option of just getting regular Tylenol because it is more affordable, especially in generic form.

The round tablets that used to be made by Rovartis were much more effective than these. All the millions of headache and migraine sufferers never understood why this happened. Be nice if the company changed the formula back to the original!!! These are average now but will not help with migraines AT ALL!!

I think you have to be very used to caffeine to use these for sure. My headache went away pretty fast, maybe a bit faster than my normal advil which was nice. I don't know if the difference in time it takes to kick in is large enough to choose this medication over others, but I think that is definitely something that's up to personal preference.
