I am constantly on the go; I work a retail job, go to school, work out a lot, and ride horses, so I really am constantly sore. Excedrin extra strength is great at helping me get the job done mostly pain/soreness free. It doesn't really take a long time to kick in.

Adults and children take 2 cappers every 6 hours and not more than 8 caplets in a 24 hour period with a full glass of water each dose. Those headaches, toothaches, muscular aches, some cold-like symptoms, menstrual cramps, and arthritis won’t stand a chance to this aid. This is now my go to keep in stock in my medicine cabinet and purse for my entire family.

These are great for regular headaches. Having the caffeine in them gives a little extra boost when trying to fight if off and I feel like the extra strength works really well. Excedrin’s brand is really all for fighting headaches and they’ve done a great job and mastering their formula. It’s a little pricey for a bottle but fortunately they work and you shouldn’t have to take them all the time so it lasts a while!

My husband got me switched to this and it's my go to brand now. Take two at the first sign of a headache coming on and it doesn't take long for it to go away. Helps also with my knee pain after a long day of getting up and down from my forklift at work. A great brand and the price is good also.

It’s a mixture of acetaminophen, aspirin, and caffeine, which makes it a great option for headaches. I find that a combination of these works well for most of my headaches, and having it all in one caplet is very convenient. I was able to easily swallow the caplets, even though I typically prefer gel-coated, and it worked well for me, relieving my headache shortly after taking it. Would definitely recommend it to those who have frequent or stubborn headaches that aren’t fully relieved by aspirin or acetaminophen alone.

It works within 15 minutes of dosage. 2caplets should be taken with a full glass (8oz) of water for safety and better dispersion. This is one of my favorite pain relievers.
