This is the best OTC medicine you can take for a bad headache. In the past few years I've suffered from really bad headaches, one so bad I had to be taken to the ER. Fortunately, one of my friends who is also a nurse recommend I try Excedrin with Caffeine for my headaches. I tried it when I've had a bad headache and it instantly took away the pain I felt. This product is my go to now and I haven't had any bad headaches in a while. Definitely recommend this product for anyone who has frequent headaches.
