[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not sure how this pain relief medication actually works. As someone who suffers from headaches regularly, i usually take Advil or Tylenol . While this Excedrin probably works well, i couldn't take it because it contains caffeine.

They work very well, they come in a nice resealable bottle, the container is sturdy so they don't break open and get lost, they have no scent and these are worth the price. They helped me relieve my headache pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my Excedrin Extra Strength Pain Relief Caplets for Headache Relief and I tried it for the first time the day after I got it. I took two tablets and it worked. Mind you I get headaches a lot and I have tried numerous over he counter meditation with no luck. My sister swore but these and after the last two times I took them I won’t use anything else. Within 5-10 mins my headache was gone. Comes in a bottle that’s child proof. 100, 260 mg caplets. I wanted to try this Excedrin but I always got let down but this product works and works for my weekly headaches. It’s bad but I have a history of them and nothing helps but my prescription until now. It’s nice to have a medication that works that isn’t always prescribed. (Over the counter)

Excedrin, makes me feel better in about 30 minutes. The only thing that I would change, is the size. It's a little difficult for me to swallow.

Smells like aspirin lol. Beware of the caffeine if you are sensitive! It can upset your stomach (it did mine), so just be wary. The caffeine will boost the aspirin to work faster on your pain, but don't trade one for another. THIS IS JUST ME THOUGH

Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen do not work for me so I tried Excedrin and it is the only headache medicine I use faithfully. First choice of headache medicines for me. The price is always affordable for me because it works. I would repurchase again and again.
