With active ingredients like acetaminophen and aspirin, it is used to temporarily relieve minor aches and pains due to headache, a cold, arthritis, muscular aches, toothache, premenstrual and menstrual cramps. However, becareful when using it cause it contains 65mg caffeine which is as much as a cup of coffee. Recommend using daytime:)

I can't go through my day without taking my Extra Strength aspirin. I have been using this product for many years. I always purchase the 300 caplets bottle. My problem I am experiencing lately is the bottle is extremely hard to open. I have to wait for my grandson to come home to open it. Even my 250 lb Grandson has trouble with it. I hope that future purchases will be easier to open.

Gift from God. Terrible pain in the left side of my head — Unbearable pain making it hard to concentrate while at work. With two pills and less than 30 minutes I was pain free! No more hoping a product will work! This works amazingly and in less than 30 minutes. I was able to get back to work without head pain.
