I used to get extremely bad headaches, but just taking these knocks it out very quickly and it stays gone. They are easy to swallow and fast acting. They are good value for the money. I recommend to anyone.

From time to time I would get a headache and although I’m not a fan of using a lot of medication. The Excedrin helps to keep the headaches away. Fast relief and works almost immediately. I tried the Excedrin Extra Strength and it worked as expected—my headache was gone within an hour, which was a huge relief. The combination of ingredients is clearly effective for fast pain relief. However, I did notice a slightly jittery feeling afterward, likely due to the caffeine in the formula. While this wasn’t a major issue for me, it’s something to keep in mind if you’re sensitive to caffeine. This is 100% my favorite medicine. It gets rid of my headache within 15 minutes no matter how bad it was before. It is definitely a life saver, and I like to always have it on hand just in case. I will continue to buy it. It's very affordable and easy to find, as well.

I also like that it has caffeine but not too much. So, if I get a headache at night, I can take this medication without worrying that it will keep me awake. The caplets are coated so they are easy to swallow, and they aren't too big. This is a big bottle for the price, too. Great medication at a great price!

As a sufferer of migraines, Excedrin changed my life. I've found it to be far more effective than other pain relievers, often lessening the pain in a half hour or so. I often don't have to take more than one dose within a day thanks to the relief it brings!

Excedrin plus caffeine is midol! And so if you have this and have ran out of midol, that’s always a good tip to know. Excedrin is what my parents always used for headaches and now I use it for headaches too, it’s the best headache medicine. This makes them go away so much faster!
