I don't use Excedrin often because I don't want to have my body get too used to it. So I only use it when I really need it or when I'm down on sleep and I need to push through a head ache. It's effective, long lasting, and quick. I would buy again and again because it works so well

Active ingredients are 250mg Acetaminophen , 250 mg Aspirin, and 65 mg caffeine in each capsule. I have a bad hip and have to take a great deal of over the counter pain medication- this one is absolutely one of the most effective. Pretty sure it’s the caffeine in it that makes it absorb faster and more completely to quickly provide pain relief. And surprisingly this does not upset my stomach like it’s generic counterpart does if I take it without food. All in all Excedrin Extra Strength headache is something you should always have on hand.
