Look, USA Olympic gymnastics coach been gymnast since 5 broken a bunch lol. Broke my neck 15yrs ago, trust me in pain since sometimes worse than others. Having 2 more surgeries, first in a week. Well was out of town and driving kills me but had nothing for my pain. Well stopped by a store to get something just anything to try to get relief. Now I'm one that not even opiates touch my body, I won't take them. Well these and couple others they had, but I'm 44 and never taken exedrin. Well needless to say I grabbed the exedrin thinking we'll try something. BEST THING I EVER DID. WON'T TAKE NOTHING ELSE. Just hope I don't get addicted to the caffeine lol God bless

I get bad headaches all the time, and this product really works faster than most. I had relief within about 30 minutes. It has acetaminophen, aspirin, and caffeine that gives you that extra strength for those bad headaches.

After I stopped using it I could not find any other medication that helped my headaches as good which was unfortunate.
