I usually try to kill my headache either with acetaminophen or ibuprofen. Well this medication combines the two plus adds in caffeine for that extra umph. If I feel a very bad headache coming up, or my first go-to doesn’t work, I’ll take excedrin to get the job done. Would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Excedrin before, but it has been a long time. I had a really bad headache and took Excedrin Extra Strength. I took 2 hoping my headache would ease away, but it didn't. I can tell it helped a little bit, but the throbbing was still there. It is supposed to help with headaches, a cold, arthritis, muscular ache, toothache, and menstrual cramp. I'm not sure if I will buy this product again because it didn't help me with my major headache.

In general, I respond well to medications to help with my headaches so I wouldn’t say these were better or worse than anything else I usually use. I only gave it four stars because 1) it’s not necessarily better than the generics on the market and 2) im very sensitive to caffeine so I won’t reach for these in the afternoon

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, this was my fault, but I did not realize that the Excedrin had Tylenol in it (I'm violently sensitive to Tylenol, can't have it AT ALL), so I gave some to a few people and asked them to report the results. My mom couldn't have this, because of the caffeine (be very careful giving this to anyone sensitive to caffeine). My auntie said they worked well, but didn't do much for her arthritis, which is a bummer, and that the difference wasn't enough to go to purchase this specifically. My husband took a few and hus exact words when I asked him how they were was "meh." As I said, I cannot take these, so I tried to give them to as many people as I know could use them and pass along the reports.

These pills are amazing! At first I was skeptica in trying them out but after I did it met my expectations and immediately healed my headache. I dont nomally get really bad headaches but this one time I did and It was hard for me to do anything but I took exedrin and I felt like a New person.

I have pretty severe headaches due to having several brain surgeries and this is the only over the counter medication that works for me. I like it because it doesn’t take more than 20 minutes and I have some relief whereas it takes up to an hour for any relief from other over the counter meds.
