It works for the occasional dairy treat but if you want to use it all the time, you would be consuming a lot of pills. It did not relieve all symptoms, but some and if you do want occasional relief I would recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have receive this free sample Lactaid fast act caplets from home tester club to review. This caplets are easy to swallow and it does reduce bloating and gas. Now, I can feel more at ease eating diary product with out feeling discomfort.

I started having problems last year and it took me months to figure out that it was a lactose intolerance. I ended up losing 30 lbs because I couldn't eat ANYTHING with any sort of milk. A friend recommended this and it has saved me so much pain and discomfort. I have two bottles with me, one at home and one in my purse at all times, just in case we eat out somewhere! It's amazing and I'd give it 100 stars if I could.

It was a very weird experience, I will continue to use them until the trial is gone; but I probably would not purchase these.

I wasn't actually sure how well or if it would work. But I was glad to be able to find out. They do indeed work pretty good. I will definitely be buying more.

I have a hard time eating cereal, ice cream, etc. So I was quite excited to receive Lactaid Fast Act Caplets from Home Tester Club to try out for free. I am very happy to say that for the first time in I don't know HOW long, I can enjoy milkshakes with my family! I had no discomfort from the milk! It works so well, that I've been splurging on cereal and ice cream this week lol. I finally feel 'normal' again. Lactaid Fast Act Caplets are definitely a staple for me now.

During the last week I took Lactaid when drinking a latte and while eating cheese, yogurt and ice cream and I noticed a dramatic difference in how I felt afterwards. In the past I would feel terrible after ingesting almost any kind of Dairy, especially milk and ice cream. After taking Lactaid with dairy this last week I was very pleasantly surprised. I didn't experience any stomach cramps or any of the other usual side effects. It was fantastic!! I am excited to start including dairy in my diet again!!

Makes for much more comfortableness in my clothing as the day progresses. I would definitely recommend this product to folks who have dairy issues. I did not get dairy issues until later in life and it's not fun so it's nice to have something that would help me get past it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received my sample I was a little afraid to try because I always have so much pain eating dairy food, but I decided to try...OMG I can eat ice cream again!!!!! I enjoyed ice cream with my granddaughter and I can now drink milk and had deviled eggs on Easter with my family and not one once of pain or gas... I have since stocked up on this Lactaid it gave me the freedom to enjoy dairy again...I give to my son now who is Lactose intolerant also and have told all my family members on Easter all 23 that attended...I am a firm believer in this product...
