I tried this product several times during the last week while eating dairy products and was very surprised that I did NOT get the usual bloating and gas that I usually get when I eat dairy products! I would recommend this product to anyone that has problems with digesting dairy products. Thank you Home Tester Club for sending me this great product to try!

I don't always have discomfort when enjoying dairy but certain items cause a lot of discomfort (ice cream, certain brands of pizza, and some milk). I haven't ever used a product such as Lactaid before, I just avoided certain foods or dealt with the discomfort. I was leery about trying it but I am so glad I did. I will buy this product and since it comes in individual packet I put it in my purse. Make sure you take it with your first bite otherwise it doesn't work as well if you take it after. Still works but not as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved my Caplets form Home Tester Club. I only had to use 1 caplet when I had cereal with milk or drank milk. But when I ate Ice Cream I had to take two. I notice by the end of the day I had gas form eating Milk products earlier in the day. so that was just strange. But It did get me through my day, and I really enjoyed being able to do that.

Have been taking lactaid pills the past few weeks whenever dinner contained cheese/milk (only some nights) and each time an hour or two later would experience worse and worse nausea, then after a few nights on top of nausea I would get horrible diarrhea keeping me up at night and the last straw was vomiting. This week has been with these on and off boughts of sickness and I did not link the symptoms to taking lactaid until reading reviews - it all clicked into place! Never taking again. Will look elsewhere for dairy digestion aide. 0/5 still having diarrhea 48 hours after last dose.

I'd never had issues with dairy products, so developing the issue at age 58 was pretty disappointing! After trying Lactaid, all my dairy issues subsided. My digestive tract is back to normal, actually better than before! I've never had the nausea or diarrhea about which I've seen others complain. Won't be without it again. (I even carry some in my purse, just in case!)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon receipt of the LACTAID Fast Act Caplets, I was pleased to find that this product was the same one I have been using for years. I find it effective, convenient, and discreet. I would certainly recommend this product to anyone who has lactose sensitivity.

For my lactose intolerance, it is a great product to give me protection at a restaurant before a meal. I carry a few packs inside my wallet while I'm out. If I should stop at a fast food place or eat on the go, food containing milk products won't do harm to my stomach.

While I agree with other comments that they don’t eliminate every GI symptom associated with dairy ingestion I firmly stand by that I can have a modest portion of ice cream, cheese or yogurt attempting to live a bit conventionally and not having to substitute in every corner of my life. It’s the difference between mild symptoms and a full on discomfort for me. Especially for travel, vacation, business meetings, social it’s easier to carry my lactaid and eat conventional offerings.

I have trouble with stomach cramping and pain when I eat milk based products, such as ice cream. So I have avoided them, for the most part, for years. Once I tried the Lactaid pill I was able to enjoy ice cream again without having to worry that my stomach would be hurting afterwards. I will continue to purchase Lactaid in the future. Sadly as we get older our bodies start to change. Well I'm one of those people but the even worse thing is I CANNOT GO WITHOUT my cookies and milk, or cereal, ice cream, you name it, I have to have my milk. Well these caplets are a life saver. They really really work. I need to take 2 of them though but they are great and the vanilla flavor is not bad at all.
