After taking 2 pill I don't have stomached or gases nor bloating . I felt good whenever I go out to eat!!

Reordered Lactaid Tablets because they are a great help with my allergy to lactose and because delivery is always fast and correct.

Diagnosed with lactose intolerance at 70. These really do help - just have to remember to take one !

Works. If you're lactose intolerant, this helps you be able to eat some dairy. Doesn't help with things made with whole milk though.

It works. Take one pill for small portion of dairy and two pills for large such as an ice cream cone.

Very easy to digest. Worked very fast. The tablets were easy to swallow, but did have a chalky taste unfortunately. I would not recommend this to people who are sensitive to chalky tasting pills, however I have no complaints myself.

There are no directions printed on the box for the Lactaid Fast Act Caplets nor on the individual caplet packets as to how you should take this. For example it does not say if these should be swallowed or chewed.

I took this one time and was fine, the two next times I took this i vomited like others within 30 minutes of taking this product. Why this is not. Listed side effect of taking it.

It makes me feel so much better when having dairy! It makes me feel so much better and less bloating! I take it every time before i have any dairy products!!
