Very easy to digest. Worked very fast. The tablets were easy to swallow, but did have a chalky taste unfortunately. I would not recommend this to people who are sensitive to chalky tasting pills, however I have no complaints myself.

The product is fine but the change in the packaging is awful for people like me with hand problems. The price increase for super glued together smaller boxes is terrible. Leave things that previously worked alone. "New and improved" is not necessarily so.

Lactaid Fast-Act has been an absolute game changer for me. I have pretty sensitive lactose intolerance, and before discovering these, enjoying things like ice cream, pizza, or even a creamy coffee was not worth the aftermath. I've been using Lactaid Fast Act Caplets for a while now and they work quickly to help prevent bloating and discomfort when I eat dairy. I like that they're easy to take and don't have a weird taste. The caplets are a little on the larger side, but they're still manageable. Overall, they're reliable and do what they promise, especially when taken right before meals. I keep them with me when eating out and they've made enjoying dairy much easier.

I take these capsules everywhere I go it works effectively and the taste isn't bad I enjoy taking the vanilla flavored capsules. The packaging is neat and cool it's not too much but you won't miss it on the shelves either. The capsules are affordable.

I had surgery that resulted in 'short gut syndrome' (aka SGS) which means I am no longer able to enjoy milk & dairy product UNTIL I found Lactaid FastAct. I am still restricted to modest amounts of dairy BUT I can enjoy small amounts without having to rearrange my schedule in order to accommodate the painful and sometimes lengthy results of SGS.

I tried it so I could eat cereal again. Soy milk and cereal don't mix. lol! It is quick and works well and longer than the 30-45 min. it says.

I am lactose intolerant and by taking a caplet with my food will reduce my symptoms. Sometimes I will have no symptoms at all! This is a life changer.

This product works very well but it is extremely important that you take the tablet with the first bite of the meal. Is not as effective if you do not. I also like that Sam's Club sells it in such a large quantity at a reasonable price. Very helpful
