This product is definitely rapid release! During day 2 of these takes my headache right away! For my other pain at bedtime my physician recommended 2 Tylenol and 800 mg of ibuprofen! She told me it was equivalent to a narcotic without the "funny feeling!" It definitely keeps my pain away through the night!

Acetaminophen (the medication) is a great pain reliever, and used all over the world. Tylenol (a brand) does it extremely well. I love the rapid release Tylenol gels, once consumed, they start working fast. When I’m in need of pain relief, fast, I reach for Tylenol Rapid Release.

Tylenol is a great product from the liquid kids to these rapid release gels. These rapid release seem to work faster for me. They help with back pain or any headaches I may have. My kiddo was running a fever from this seasons flu bug and Tylenol rapid release done the trick to break that fever!

I like the Tylenol gelcaps but the bottle is so difficult to open it's ridiculous. Even my son had problems with it. He tried cutting the ridges on the cap but this was unsuccessful and I finally had to transfer the capsules to another container that I could open. I have meant to bring this to the attention of Johnson

I suffer from headaches and generally should take two or more doses of an analgesic for relief. I decided to try Tylenol and got very good results. I felt relief in about 25 minutes after a dose. It was not necessary to take a second dose because the headache was controlled that day. The package suggests taking two tablets every 6 hours. I basically took two tablets in the day. It is a product that is worth having the wallet or in the house. I give it 5/5. I received this product for free in exchange of my honest review.

Tylenol is always available in my house to help with headaches and fevers. It is consistently reliable and has been in regular rotation since my children were babies. These rapid release gels are great. I like the shape and texture of them as well as the distinctive coloring. Makes it easy to never get mixed up.

I think Tylenol rapid release gels are great for quick relief from physical pain and headaches. I believe they work as a fever reducer also. They work really good. I only gave them 4 out of 5 because they are a little expensive compared to other brands and could put more in a pack.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The gel tabs are a good size - no so big they are hard to swallow and not so small they are easily lost - and the red and blue makes them clearly identifiable. So I could put several in a small travel pill case in my purse for emergencies or surprise headaches (when are they not a surprise?) and not be worried about forgetting what it was when I open the case and having to toss them because I've forgotten what they were. They work just as good as any other Tylenol or acetaminophen I've taken too.
