Tylenol is a MUST in my family which help with mild pain, fever and headache. The extra strength would relieve my pain within 30-60 minutes. Very helpful and price is decent.

Tylenol Acetaminophen Extra Strengh Rapid Release Gels is wonderful. I felt relief in about 25 minutes after a dose. They are quite easy and comfortable to take. I highly recommend it

I like that these are a strong dose 500 mg and rapid working liquid gel. I use for headaches , fever and body aches and I need something to work fast.

This is the perfect size for a family of four, one whom takes it pretty consistently, and is the only thing that is suggested by the doctor. We buy this monthly!!

Tylenol is pretty effective. The gel caps to me seem to work faster than the hard pill. These are virtually tasteless if you swallow it whole. The pill is rather big so I prefer Advil.

I took these a few times when I have been out and about and have had a back ache or my knees hurt extremely bad. I am always pleased with how quickly they act and I can continue my day without pain.
