This Tylenol Powder is fast active (for pain or headaches it works really fast). The taste is very good (reminds me of those Pixie Sticks we used to get when we were kids). Could be a little addictive lol. But I have a hard time swallowing pills so it works good for me. I try to get either powder, liquid or chewables. Highly recommend

It's the only pain reliever of this type that I use. I do not use the generic ones if possible, I always use Tylenol extra strength, rapid release gels. These pills provide the quickest relief, especially if I have an ibuprofen to take with them. I'm grateful that this is available and that Walmart will actually deliver it to my door. What a blessing. Thank you Walmart.

Works fast, but not as fast as ibuprofen. Great alternative for people who can not take Ibuprofen. Offers fast relief that lasts for hours. Easy to swallow, and it doesn't have a negative or positive aftertaste. It is a little on the expensive side, but I love having a bottle that has more than 24 capsules.

For years I did not take Tylenol because I thought it had no effect on my pain. Then I had some health conditions that required I not take any pain medicine that contained NSAIDs. For that reason I now take Tylenol for pain and found it works! I am thankful I can depend on Tylenol!

For some reason the regular extra strength Tylenol takes forever to start working for me, and even after it does it doesn't totally dull the pain, so it's not really worth it. These are the exact opposite though. I started to feel better about half an hour after taking it, and by an hour in, I had no pain at all anymore. Kind of wild what a difference the gel kind makes, but I'm definitely a believer now. Reasonable price too.

Tylenol extra strength is good for aches and pains or headaches. We all usually buy generic which can be good but Tylenol seems better quality at acting quicker. Only other quicker option is their powder. The cheaper kinds tend to break in half and have very little coating on pills to help those with stomach issues.

be careful be sure you look at the number such as "500 mg" . adults can handle this much if not they prefer it because of the amount of strength they need for relief. be mindful of who you give to (example a child) as they may not be able to handle it and may not even need it. also consult a doctor or someone with knowledge. not recommended for children.

This product was helpful for the aches and pains of a virus. I graded it lower because of the garish colors of this plastic looking pill. With all that artificial coloring and who knows what in the coating, I questioned what toxins I was taking in.

I ordered a 100-count bottle of Tylenol from Walmart online. The price was good since it was on clearance, but I was disappointed to see that the expiration date is October 2026 — the same year of purchase. That gives only about half a year to use such a large quantity, which is not very practical. It feels like I would have to use it constantly just to avoid waste. I understand discounted items may have shorter shelf life, but this should be more clearly stated before purchase. Overall, not very satisfied with this experience.
