I need this to calm my pain before bed. I take only one but directions say you can take two. The rapid release works on me within five minutes. I love that.

This product is the only pain reliever my husband can use with only one kidney. It provides a moderate amount of pain relief for him when needed. I prefer and only use Aleve.

Tylenol have always been a household item. Purchased because of the manufacturer Walmart cash but very disappointed with the amount in the bottle. Should have read more carefully. Can easily by the same acetaminophen pain relievers, in a off brand where you get more for your money

This is so well known it should need no introduction. I guess in England they call it paracetamol. That's not right. People refer to it assiphomem. That's not right but you know what I mean. I should've looked it up but I didn't. It's that long word that begins with an A. I never know what they mean when they say that. I wish they just call it Tylenol. I know what that means. My doctor recommended it as an alternative to aspirin, Advil, Motrin, and others. Because it works differently. I'm not sure how it works differently, but it's supposed to be better. I'm not sure it really does anything. I don't really notice a lot of relief. I got the fast acting so it acts fast. I'm not so sure it acts fast though. I know this kind of a convoluted review, but it's honest. I was told to take it by my doctor and I do. I think sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. But isn't that the case with everything.

The product itself is good, but do not put this on your list if you want Walmart associate to shop for you. I had this item plus food items and I also ordered.Terro Liquid Ant Traps.which is poison!!!! When it was brought out to my car, the poison was not separated from this medicine or the food items!!! What were they thinking . It even states on the box not to put near water or food !!!!!!!!

i bought the 100ct ... they were sealed but it just looked off. 100 tabs packed in a very small bottle to the top, no cotton, no room for any. I've gotten this size bottle before with 50 count tabs! i threw them out.
