This is so well known it should need no introduction. I guess in England they call it paracetamol. That's not right. People refer to it assiphomem. That's not right but you know what I mean. I should've looked it up but I didn't. It's that long word that begins with an A. I never know what they mean when they say that. I wish they just call it Tylenol. I know what that means. My doctor recommended it as an alternative to aspirin, Advil, Motrin, and others. Because it works differently. I'm not sure how it works differently, but it's supposed to be better. I'm not sure it really does anything. I don't really notice a lot of relief. I got the fast acting so it acts fast. I'm not so sure it acts fast though. I know this kind of a convoluted review, but it's honest. I was told to take it by my doctor and I do. I think sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. But isn't that the case with everything.

I had this item plus food items and I also ordered.Terro Liquid Ant Traps.which is poison!!!! When it was brought out to my car, the poison was not separated from this medicine or the food items!!! What were they thinking . It even states on the box not to put near water or food !!!!!!!!
