Very effective at helping with minor aches and pains as well as fever. I always keep some on hand. Definitely a need for all medicine cabinets! Value for money is not bad either.

Tylenol usually messes up my stomach, but these gels don't. Are used to take the caplets, but those used to be too strong so I switched to this and it is much more manageable.

I honestly feel that these work the best out of all the Tylenol products due to the rapid release. I use these when I'm in extreme pain and they definitely do the trick.

All pills sucks, but at least these are fast-acting, Easy to swallow and non addictive.I'd rather use Tylenol over ibuprofen because ibuprofen tears my stomach up and doesn't really helped the pain.

As someone who gets headaches a lot or would get shinsplints during soccer I always have a bottle of Tylenol on me. I always had a huge bottle of it in my soccer bag.

The best painkiller in the world!! Works quickly within 15-20 minutes. Easy to swallow and gentle on your stomach. Very effective and worth the value.

As stated on the bottle, that rapid release is felt soon after being taken. Name brand that has always been trusted in this household. Great value per tablet.
