This product is great for colds, flus and even to help the symptoms of Covid. They help take the achiness away and help you fall asleep so you can rest comfortably.

It does work well. It is way better than melatonin. I do get 8 hours of dee[ sleep when I take Tylenol PM, so I am very big on this product for a good night sleep.

Reviews on this type of product are worthless, over the counter pharmaceuticals are a dime a dozen, and anyway individual results will vary greatly depending on personal sensitivity etc. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OF MINE!!

Tylenol pm is great for sleep and pain. don't take too much, and check the side effects. also make sure if you took medication with acetaminophen (bad for your liver to take more than 400 mg)

I have been using this off and on for over a decade. It takes over an hour to make me sleepy. I go to bed immediately during the full effect. It is also good for the stuffy nose caused by sinuses.
