Reviews on this type of product are worthless, over the counter pharmaceuticals are a dime a dozen, and anyway individual results will vary greatly depending on personal sensitivity etc. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OF MINE!!

Make sure you check the bags before driving away. My bags had some liquid all over the bag, and none of my stuff was open, and it smelled like perfume, or something wet!

Purchase was easy and received as promised. But, the packaging was open when delivered. I was home when it was delivered and the envelop was clearly open. The Tylenol box doesn't look tampered with. Im undecided if Im going to throw out.

The Tylenol PM brand is expensive compared to Walmart brand. However, the local Walmarts near me hardly have their brand in stock. So sometimes I have no choice but to purchase this one.

They ease the pain and help me sleep through the night. I make sure I have time to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep and I wake up feeling rested in the morning.

I have been using this off and on for over a decade. It takes over an hour to make me sleepy. I go to bed immediately during the full effect. It is also good for the stuffy nose caused by sinuses.

Tylenol pm is great for sleep and pain. don't take too much, and check the side effects. also make sure if you took medication with acetaminophen (bad for your liver to take more than 400 mg)

I have used these for several years as I have arthritic knees and they definitely help me to sleep. Was so happy to be able to buy on line from Sam's Club.
