I bought these for my friend, this is the only thing that stops his headaches once it starts. He say he take it at bedtime and within 30 minutes his headache is gone and he able to go to sleep

I had lasik eye surgery and picked some tylenol pm up before my surgery. It really did knock me out and help me get lots of rest when I was uncomfortable.

I have trouble sleeping as is but even more so when I have a nasty headache! When I take one of these little caplets, I am able to go to sleep and wake up refreshed and headacheless!

Use these to help me sleep. The diphenhydramine is definitely effective. I will buy generic a lot though due to price unless there are coupons available.
