I take this often. If I'm restless or have a super headache. When I take it it puts me to sleep almost naturally. Their is no heavy feeling of sleepiness. And in the morning I wake up just fine with no drowsiness.

This alway helps my headaches so well. It’s very effective and works fast! Most takes hours before I notice a change. It always helps me sleep as well. Having a sleep aide is perfect for me when I have to get to bed early for 5 am Work days!

For someone who always has muscle aches these work great. Because they are PM is an added bonus. My muscle aches are usually gone shortly after taking these.
