I use these pills whenever I have a headache before going to bed are usually get these headaches whenever I’ve been busy all day I’ve been working a lot so just taking it makes me feel 100 times better

Take early - I slept better but felt groggy so took 3 hours before bedtime instead of 11pm when I couldn't sleep- had much better results. When and if I ever get thru all 150 tablets would buy again.

I didn’t think this would help me sleep as I had been experiencing so much pain, but overall it made me very sleepy and helped me stay asleep most of the night!

Tylenol pm is the only thing that helps Me sleep when I have a fever! I sleep soundly throughout the night and I almost always wake up feeling better. We always have it on us!
