i suffer from horrible headaches and often find it hard to sleep at night. Tylenol PM stops the pain and aids in a peaceful nights sleep. It works fast and i keep it on my nightstand. Love it!

For someone who always has muscle aches these work great. Because they are PM is an added bonus. My muscle aches are usually gone shortly after taking these.

I use this Religiously right now during my pregnancy to help me not only go to sleep but STAY asleep for the duration of the night. They are life savers.

I just started using this for sleep and for my aching body and it knocks me out cold. If you’re whil body is aching I highly recommend this an hour prior to bedtime. Tones the pain down and as soon as you touch the bed you’re out like a light.

Will not be without this in my house. From a person who is fused 98% of back and neck I use this along with my fentanyl to get sleep and it works wonders. Try it you’ll never trust another brand.
