Good medicine and gets the job done. Helps you fall asleep and wake up with less aches and pains than when you started. Not the strongest but not the worst

This Tylenol is great for your night time pain or headake plus letting you get rest . It’s a very effective pain and fever reducer . I use it for my leg pain at night
