I definitely got relief and was able to fall asleep quickly. I slept for a solid 4 hours. Probably won't be a go to product but it serves its purpose. Works great on night time headaches.

After taking the recommended dose of 2 pills, my headache was gone within 20 mins and I was asleep within 30 mins if taking it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tylenol PM was a lifesaver! I had the worst throbbing tooth pain and nothing seemed to be working. The pain was worse when I would lay down and try to sleep. I finally decided to give Tylenol PM a try and I’m so grateful that I did because I was finally able to sleep! It helped with the pain and made me sleepy enough to be able to sleep through it. No grogginess the next morning and no side effects. Will definitely be my go to when I have pain at bedtime.

I just didn't really feel the sleep aid part, at least not strongly. I do think it did help my body to relax a bit. Affordable and great to have around for when needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this a few times when I got badly sunburned. We went on a trip where I didn’t apply enough sunscreen and burnt to a crisp. Luckily, I had some of this which not only helped me fall asleep but stay asleep all night.

Let me tell you I keep Tylenol pm on my bedside table. No matter what is going on if I feel a headache or cramps coming on I take 2 Tylenol pms and wake up feeling so much better. The only downside would be that if I don’t get enough sleep I feel groggy/drunk feeling.

I pretty much always have some sort of body aches because I work on my feet, I tried this a few times and also have it to someone else to try and we both had the same experience. The other person said they couldn’t fall asleep, I was able to fall asleep but I didn’t stay asleep and still woke up. Overall I don’t think that I will continue to take this on a regular basis.

Well over all I have to say I had not side effects. I sleep well through the night. No next day grumpiness. My pain was controlled. Would use again.
