[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tylenol is an often use product in my household. Tylenol pm has been proven to help me fall asleep on days that I have minor aches and pains. I don’t wake up groggy from its use and it’s a 2 in one problem solver. Pain reducer and sleeping aid which is very convenient for those like me who rather not take too many meds together.

I don’t feel Awful the next morning after taking them and they don’t make me pass out so hard I can’t be woke up. Perfect balance.

After taking the recommended dose of 2 pills, my headache was gone within 20 mins and I was asleep within 30 mins if taking it. I love the fact that it not only takes the pain away but helps you get rest so you feel refreshed. Within the hour of taking it I can feel the drowsiness set in. I don’t think they helped me fall asleep any faster but they kept me asleep. I woke up with significant less pain from painting and working out, so I definitely got restful sleep! He has some sleeping issues and this help ease the pain a bit and help him sleep it off. Will be keeping this in our pantry.
