[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took the Tylenol PM extra capsules the other night when I was experiencing some joint achiness and sore muscles after a workout. they were easy to swallow because they're coated. there was no aftertaste or anything like that. I noticed that I had no trouble falling asleep. my aches and pains were diminished and finally were gone by the time I fell asleep. I slipped the whole night through which typically I do not and was so thankful to be able to. I woke up feeling refreshed and not groggy feeling. I would highly recommend these if you're having trouble sleeping especially due to sore muscles or achy joints, this is the perfect product

I fell asleep with no pain and I didn't wake up groggy, which I've had happen with other medications. I will definitely be using it in the future!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn’t have gotten these at a better time I just torn something in my knee and while I’ve been waiting for surgery to be scheduled I’ve been taking these on and off at night to help sleep and help won’t he pain. I don’t feel Awful the next morning after taking them and they don’t make me pass out so hard I can’t be woke up. Perfect balance.

I have never been a good sleeper when I was a kid I did a lot of sleep walking. I have tried everything OTC with no help. When it's been a few days since I have gotten any sleep I take a walk, a hot shower and i take 2 Tylenol PM and i sleep at least 6 hours. I dont take them everyday but when i use Tylenol PM they do the job and i actually sleep.

It helps you get to sleep on nights where you may be in pain or even if you’re just having a hard time sleeping. As someone with chronic pain I always need these for those nights!
