These pills have been really helpful for me when my pain is prohibiting me from sleep. I take them before bed and they help me reduce my pain enough to fall asleep and stay asleep through the night, which is super important when sick

This is the best product to keep in your medicine cabinet. They work instantly when I have a headache and I want to wind down for the night. Relieves the pain and helps me sleep better they don't taste bitter.

It does work well. It is way better than melatonin. I do get 8 hours of dee[ sleep when I take Tylenol PM, so I am very big on this product for a good night sleep.

This doesn't really help me with sleep but it does help with night time aches and pains. I wish it would knock me out to sleep but sadly it doesn't. I will continue to use it for pain from time to time.
