Have been taking one PM Tylonol pill at night for many years, to help me get a good night sleep. It works for me. I recommend it

With the combo for pain and sleep aid, it has helped me greatly can’t say much for other product as I have found the one for me.

...but it just doesn't have the same effect as it did a couple of years ago. Maybe it’s my getting older, or on more meds.

My husband has tried many OTC sleep aids, but Tylenol PM is the only one that works - plus it doesn't leave your head foggy in the morning.

I have a hard time going to sleep, but since I have started taking this product I can go to sleep easily and stay asleep for a few hours.
