To be honest this doesn't work for me sometimes I feel like it's to weak in doesn't need to be on the shelf it does have good value for pregnant people in health ingredients but reliability i wouldn't depend on Tylenol to make me feel better if it was the last medication on earth.

I bought this product today, and it was my first time using Tylenol cold and flu severe. I specifically bought it because it was day and night offered. There was nothing wrong with the box and the expiration date read 6/22. Upon opening the box I first noticed that only one pack was intact, various others were torn apart and one of them was open. There is no night time pills which is half the reason I purchased this specific item. And half the pills are expired 5/2021 the other half have expiration dates 12/23 and only one left that I can see expires 6/22. Not sure what exactly happened with packing with this lot but I am beyond disappointed and don't even plan to use it at this point due to concerns with tampering
