The packaging is easy to find Tylenol, so many others are in white and blue packaging so the red box makes it easy . It has just one ingredient and the only one you need acetaminophen . This painkillers is the easiest on your kidneys so better value than others

Everyone has probably had Tylenol before! It does what it needs to and helps your pain. It's a good OTC brand and you can get it pretty much anywhere. I've used this when I had a headache, toothache, and period cramps, and it worked well. It kicks in within an hour!

Tylenol has always been the go to for my family growing up when it comes to headaches and pain relief. Every time I've taken it, it's helped in a big way and the pain is always gone within 2 hours or so. I didn't notice any side effects personally, the only recommendation would be to not take this on an empty stomach, as you may upset it. It's good value for the money as it's about the best painkiller on the market in my opinion. It's a lot more potent and effective than generic great value drug store brands, it's worth getting the name brand in this case. My best example of this was when I got my wisdom teeth removed, and the generic brand pain relievers weren't doing the trick. So, I ended up taking tylenol that was stashed in my grandparents medicine cabinet and the pain was almost instantly gone within an hour of taking it. Thank you tylenol for taking that wisdom tooth pain away, it would've been miserable without the tylenol.

I get cramps pretty ofter and these work great! they ate extra strength so it helps me every time!! the price is amazing on these and definitely worth it. there is no negative side effects it usually always helps! i also buy the mini ones to have on the go :)

This is the extra strength tylenol that most of us are familiar with. Great for travel, or just keeping it handy in your purse. Cap needs to be pushed down and turned to open, so small kids won't be able to access easily. Anyone who uses Tylenol would be.. IMO...better off taking the fast acting gel capsules...but to each his/her own....
