These are hard for me to swallow especially if you have a sore throat. They work well. Just don't like the size. Will look for a small gel cap type substitute or a liquid Tylenol.

This is the only brand for me that gets the job done. If you are not feeling well or have a headache, take 2 and you will feel better.

I bought this to save money in comparison to the actual Tylenol 24 caplets that comes in a bottle. This item is a bit pricey, should be at least at a price range of .99 cents to 1.49. When I took this to relieve a minor headache and body aches, the side effects, after taking this for 1 hour, your head will begin to spin, like getting vertigo. This is my experience. My head started to spin, and I was getting dizziness, which took me out of commission for hours, in which I sleep it off. I dispose of this item, because this item may not be the real deal. Now, when I took the regular Tylenol caplets in a bottle, no issues, but the one that I bought, took me out of commission due to vertigo and dizziness. I dispose of the entire content after just taking 1 caplet. I will not recommend this to any1 for that matter. Again, my experience. Your result may vary. Do yourself a small favor buy the Tylenol that comes in the original bottle. Pay a bit more, and be comfortable thereafter. rm

trying to get the lid off is a Bear .had to use the kitchen shears handle part,after getting the Red cap the clear cap still on had to get that off, Glad I still had an empty, Members Mark Arthritis pain bottle.Its a stupid design, I won't Buy Tylenol brand again. I'LL STICK WITH Members Mark.

Because of the name, I thought it was extra strength and would help with the pain but it wasn't that effective. I was disappointed because the product sounded promising.

Waste of money. Didn't work at all.
