Naturally I have a pretty high pain tolerance, but after my hip surgeries I didn't want to take the narcotics my dr tried to prescribe me and instead I switched between Tylenol extra strength and ibuprofen and this managed my pain until I could stop taking anything altogether.

The sugar improved the taste while the smaller round size I like better than larger capsules. This product took me 15 minutes or less to begin working on relieving my muscules and backaches, stiff joint pain, and occasional headaches leaving me more relaxed and pain free for right at 6 hours until wearing off. I like using Tylenol because it always works as described to help with my pains at work without causing me to feel any groggy tiredness. Tylenol (acetaminophen) is my first line of defense against aches, pains, and fevers that accompany the occasional illnesses. Besides the fact that it works, Tylenol doesn't cause the unwanted effects from ibuprofen such as stomach issues that can accompany NSAID products.

Tylenol either works for you or it doesn't. This does the job. This purchase to me is about convenience and accessibility. It is small and compact. I take one of these on vacation with me. 10 tablets is enough to hold a person over. Definitely worth the money. Please let me know if you find this helpful.

As someone with chronic pain, this doesn't touch the pain on the worst days, but on low pain days this is lifesaver! Lasts for almost the full intended time frame and allows me to do things I wouldn't be able to without taking it. I can't take pain meds everyday though due to organ damage.
