[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy to see that OGX has reformulated however, this Biotin + Collagen shampoo is just not the right fit for my particular hair type. I have very fine, damaged, dry hair and it almost seems worse after using this. OGX does not test on animals and they use a gentler sulfate alternative (completely sulfate free) which are both things I look for in hair products. I absolutely love the rich, creamy texture/lather and amazing smell. It reminds me of blooming flowers with a hint of vanilla. The purple, stylish bottles are beautiful and easy to hold/dispense product from. It is an affordable option and may work well for others.

My daughter loved the way this shampoo & conditioner made her hair look and feel, but then she developed dandruff. This leaves me questioning: is it dandruff, product build-up, or what? Anyone else have a similar experience? Now we don’t know what to do to get her hair back to normal.

My hair feels amazing the smell is just so wonderful and I just love the fact that you can get this great product and such a great price. The packaging is just too cute and matches a lot of the purple in my bathroom I was just saying I really like this product I love the way it looks I like the style I like the smell and I like most definitely the way it makes my hair feel.

I have had dry scalp since i was like 11. I have used so many different shampoos. Trying to find one that wont make my head go crazy with flakes. I have used ogx products before and loved them i used a few of their shampoos as well. And the biotin and collogin seems to work wonders for me. My dry dcalp is like 80% better. Love love love this product. Smells good. And does good. This is now the only shampoo that i use.

The lather is great and my partner who has thinning hair has noticed and improvement in the past month. Not too steep of a price either especially if you have shorter hair.

I have used this product for over a year, and I have 4a-4b hair. This product inspires so much growth in my hair, and allows it to absorb more water and nutrients to make it softer. If your goal for your hair is growth, this product is for you. The only downside is that it makes your hair harder to detangle, but it is definitely worth it.

I used to have supper flat hair that would stick flat to my head no matter what I would do to lift it. But after one wash of this shampoo I noticed so much lift and volume in my roots, as soon as i brushed my hair through with my wet brush, i just stared at my reflection in the mirror with my mouth hanging open. Lol I couldn't believe how thick my roots looked and felt. Btw it smelled SO GOOD!! if you stuggle with thin, fine, and or flat hair this would be perfect for you.

I wanted a shampoo that helps keep my hair shiny and thick after brazillian treatment I had done worn out. I was wrong for choosing this, after 2nd use of big bottle I am ridiculously loosing hair to where it got really thin. I started blaming our water softener until I went for a vacation and use my regular shampoo when I am in the Philippines, after 2 weeks my hair fall out stopped and realized it was my shampoo back home! I still have 2 of these shampoo that id be happy to return to sams club when i go back to the states after my vacation. Do not buy!!!
