First of all I have very fine hair. From the first time I used it I loved it and my hair really looks and feels thicker. I am so happy I will be ordering this again.

Works great if you have thin hair you can tell a difference between this product and others...I recommend The Shampoo and Conditioner.

Great shampoo. Only takes a small amount to give great sudsy shampoo. Leaves hair squeaky clean. Since I have been using this shampoo and conditioner, my hair has stopped coming out by the comb full.

This too I have been used this biotin shampoo for years and still been using it,I love this brand, it smell so good , it makes my hair so thick, and also is so shine with the (conditioner) combine these two make my hair so healthy. Thank ‘s to Sam’s club still carry this brand. Also the price at Sam’s club it very good price.

This shampoo has quickly become one of my favorites. It smells absolutely amazing!! I have fine hair and this shampoo gives my hair fullness and body!! I love it!! My hair has also felt stronger, I’ve experienced less shedding and it is now growing longer too.

I buy it because it is sulfate free and it smells great.

This shampoo, as well as the associated conditioner, has way too much perfume. If you're wearing actual perfume, it's overpowered. Also, it's hard to tell which is which in the shower... it would be smarter to put different colored pumps to make that easy. The shampoo works well though.

OGX Thick and Full Biotin and Collagen shampoo and conditioner for volume and texture. Purchased the shampoo and conditioner at my local drugstore. The products worked okay, but the fragrance (which I didn't care for) really bothered my nose, and my nose was still running even after I got of the shower. While I enjoy OGX products, this particular shampoo and conditioner are not for me.

My hair doesn't feel moisturized and nourished after using the biotin and collagen shampoo and conditioner. It actually feels somewhat dry and brittle. I have to use an additional spray, leave in conditioner to comb through my hair more easily. I purchased the large bottles as I've used several OGX shampoos and conditioners with satisfying results. I'm going to return these.

Thank you for at least putting a black label (signifying doom for my hair) on the new formula - helps me recognize and avoid now 👍 That is the last compliment I will be giving this terrible new formula. I was such an advocate for your older product to my family & friends going through Perimenopause, that I was accused of being on commission! Well singing your praises has now definitely stopped. Since your new formula seems to be stripping all the goodness out of my hair, that your last amazing formula helped build. After using for so many years. My hair is now feeling flat, brittle & dry.
