First of all I have very fine hair. From the first time I used it I loved it and my hair really looks and feels thicker. I am so happy I will be ordering this again.

I've been using this shampoo for about two weeks, and I really love it! It gives my hair noticeably more volume and makes it feel fuller without weighing it down. The texture is pleasant, it lathers nicely, and my hair feels clean, soft, and fresh after washing. I also love that it's sulfate-free. Overall, I'm very happy with the results and would definitely recommend this shampoo!

Works great if you have thin hair you can tell a difference between this product and others...I recommend The Shampoo and Conditioner.

This shampoo lathers up really nice and left my hair feeling clean and soft! The packaging is effective and easy to use. Sometimes I find the pumps on certain shampoos annoying but this one is nice. I noticed my hair with more of a shine after using only once!

Great shampoo. Only takes a small amount to give great sudsy shampoo. Leaves hair squeaky clean. Since I have been using this shampoo and conditioner, my hair has stopped coming out by the comb full.

OGX Thick and Full Biotin and Collagen shampoo and conditioner for volume and texture. Purchased the shampoo and conditioner at my local drugstore. The products worked okay, but the fragrance (which I didn't care for) really bothered my nose, and my nose was still running even after I got of the shower. While I enjoy OGX products, this particular shampoo and conditioner are not for me.

Thank you for at least putting a black label (signifying doom for my hair) on the new formula - helps me recognize and avoid now 👍 That is the last compliment I will be giving this terrible new formula. I was such an advocate for your older product to my family & friends going through Perimenopause, that I was accused of being on commission! Well singing your praises has now definitely stopped. Since your new formula seems to be stripping all the goodness out of my hair, that your last amazing formula helped build. After using for so many years. My hair is now feeling flat, brittle & dry. The new OGX Biotin & Collagen shampoo formula is not working for my hair. Please bring back the original formula — it had the perfect texture, fragrance, and effect.

I bought last week and I found my hair become rough, lifeless after using this shampoo. I was so hopeful before using this shampoo but after a couple of uses I experienced that this is the worst shampoo I have used. Hair are so lifeless, rough and sticky. I am very much disappointed. Total waste of money.

They have removed sulphates, yet still have SILICONES? Not good because silicones will clog your hair follicles and eventually you will have hairloss. It might be noticeable in a few days, a few weeks, a few months, or even in a year or more --- but it will happen. It happened to ke with these horrible non sulphate, silicone containing shampoos. It took me 3 years to get my thick hair back by going silicone free! Don't believe me? *shrugs* Chance it then and see what happens, but don't cry foul when you notice lots of hair in your shower drain. Don't blame it on stress, or hard water, or heat styling. It is the SILICONES in these shampoos! Shampoos are for cleansing the scalp and your hair. They are NOT for giving slip or conditioning! That is what conditioners are for! Sulphates do NOT cause hair fall. Use your heads. In the 70s, ALL shampoos contained sulphates and NONE had silicones, and we all had tons of hair! OILS are a healthy way to seal hair to keep it frizz fee. Try Abyssinian Oil, which is also a great heat protectant. If you do want to use these silicone shampoos, you better also use a sulphate shampoo every few washes to remove buildup. Ok. You have been warned, now make your own decision. As for me? I continue to ONLY seek out sulphate shampoos that are silicone free. Ones I love are Redken Extreme Length shampoo, Nexxus Keraphix shampoo, and Nexxus Therappe shampoo. Conditioners I use that are silicone FREE are Redken Extreme Length in the lighter aqua bottle. The darker one does contain silicone. DO nOT use any Nexxus conditioners other than Nexxus Clear, as the rest contain silicone. BIOLAGE Ultra Hydra Conditioner is GREAT and silicone free! Maui Shea Butter Mask is FABULOUS! Redken CAT spray protein is amazing and silicone free! And OLAPLEX no3 is also excellent. Good luck!
