This too I have been used this biotin shampoo for years and still been using it,I love this brand, it smell so good , it makes my hair so thick, and also is so shine with the (conditioner) combine these two make my hair so healthy. Thank ‘s to Sam’s club still carry this brand. Also the price at Sam’s club it very good price.

This shampoo, as well as the associated conditioner, has way too much perfume. If you're wearing actual perfume, it's overpowered. Also, it's hard to tell which is which in the shower... it would be smarter to put different colored pumps to make that easy. The shampoo works well though.

This shampoo is AMAZING!!! I cannot recommend it enough! It leaves my hair so soft and smooth. My hair feels incredible! I've been loosing a lot of hair due to stress and hormones and when I found this I had to try it! I absolutely love this shampoo! My hair just feels healthier it's awesome! If you are thinking about it, give it a try!!

Thank you for at least putting a black label (signifying doom for my hair) on the new formula - helps me recognize and avoid now 👍 That is the last compliment I will be giving this terrible new formula. I was such an advocate for your older product to my family & friends going through Perimenopause, that I was accused of being on commission! Well singing your praises has now definitely stopped. Since your new formula seems to be stripping all the goodness out of my hair, that your last amazing formula helped build. After using for so many years. My hair is now feeling flat, brittle & dry. They have removed sulphates, yet still have SILICONES? Not good because silicones will clog your hair follicles and eventually you will have hairloss. It might be noticeable in a few days, a few weeks, a few months, or even in a year or more --- but it will happen. It happened to ke with these horrible non sulphate, silicone containing shampoos. It took me 3 years to get my thick hair back by going silicone free! Don't believe me? *shrugs* Chance it then and see what happens, but don't cry foul when you notice lots of hair in your shower drain. Don't blame it on stress, or hard water, or heat styling. It is the SILICONES in these shampoos! Shampoos are for cleansing the scalp and your hair. They are NOT for giving slip or conditioning! That is what conditioners are for! Sulphates do NOT cause hair fall. Use your heads. In the 70s, ALL shampoos contained sulphates and NONE had silicones, and we all had tons of hair! OILS are a healthy way to seal hair to keep it frizz fee. Try Abyssinian Oil, which is also a great heat protectant. If you do want to use these silicone shampoos, you better also use a sulphate shampoo every few washes to remove buildup. Ok. You have been warned, now make your own decision. As for me? I continue to ONLY seek out sulphate shampoos that are silicone free. Ones I love are Redken Extreme Length shampoo, Nexxus Keraphix shampoo, and Nexxus Therappe shampoo. Conditioners I use that are silicone FREE are Redken Extreme Length in the lighter aqua bottle. The darker one does contain silicone. DO nOT use any Nexxus conditioners other than Nexxus Clear, as the rest contain silicone. BIOLAGE Ultra Hydra Conditioner is GREAT and silicone free! Maui Shea Butter Mask is FABULOUS! Redken CAT spray protein is amazing and silicone free! And OLAPLEX no3 is also excellent. Good luck!

This shampoo lathers up really nice and left my hair feeling clean and soft! The packaging is effective and easy to use. Sometimes I find the pumps on certain shampoos annoying but this one is nice. I noticed my hair with more of a shine after using only once!

My hair doesn't feel moisturized and nourished after using the biotin and collagen shampoo and conditioner. It actually feels somewhat dry and brittle. I have to use an additional spray, leave in conditioner to comb through my hair more easily. I purchased the large bottles as I've used several OGX shampoos and conditioners with satisfying results. I'm going to return these.

Love this shampoo. One of my best I have used sofar! It feels lightweight but still gives my hair real softness. It cleans without irritation, and I've noticed less frizz and way less limpness on my fine strands. It leaves my hair fresh, fuller, and smooth without weighing anything down.

I have dry overprocessed hair because of bleaching, and am in my 50s. Not many products do what they say, but after using this shampoo, my hair is always silky soft. I love it! My hair is also curly so frizz is always an issue... But not with this shampoo. So if you have the same problems I do, then I encourage you to try it. You won't be disappointed!
