Returned it because there is a law suit claiming it makes your hair fall out. No thank you.

OGX Thick and Full Biotin and Collagen shampoo and conditioner for volume and texture. Purchased the shampoo and conditioner at my local drugstore. The products worked okay, but the fragrance (which I didn't care for) really bothered my nose, and my nose was still running even after I got of the shower. While I enjoy OGX products, this particular shampoo and conditioner are not for me.

I have an allergy using some hair shampoos, but not with the Biotin & Collagen. That is why I tried B&C. I like what it does with my hair and have no itchy scalp afterwards.

Love, love, love this shampoo. I can't say enough positive things about it! I highly recommend this for anyone that wants to keep their hair beautiful & lush!

The shampoo does its job of making my hair feel clean and manageable, but it’s too strongly scented for me. I don’t have allergies to perfumes, but would recommend that anyone who does should be cautious about trying this.

Some recommend this shampoo because I was loosing too much hair. I just started using it hopefully it works. It smells great and I love how my hair feels.

The new OGX Biotin & Collagen shampoo formula is not working for my hair. Please bring back the original formula — it had the perfect texture, fragrance, and effect.

My 19 year old son used this and said it dried his hair out and I thought he was just being picky but after trying it for about a week, my scalp got dry and became itchy. I used the shampoo along with the conditioner. It was light but didn't like the drying.

While the product deserves 5 stars, the shipping does not. Consider picking up curbside or in-store. I had it shipped. Big mistake. The bottle was not secured or bagged separately from my other food items in my order. Everything was covered in shampoo. The remaining product in the bottle is excellent and I will buy it again, at the store.

This is my first purchase of OGX Shampoo. My hair has lost it's body over the years so I decided to try this Shampoo. It's a good Shampoo. I let my hair air dry and it made my hair frizzy and very fly away. Can't imagine if I had used my blow dryer what it would have looked like.
